Refund Policy

Because Ultra is a consumable product, we do not accept returns—even if the pouch is unopened. That said, your experience matters to us.

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, shoot us an email at hi@takeultra.com. We’ll do our best to make things right—but please note, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to sort it out.

EU Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. However, due to the nature of our product, we still cannot accept returns. If you have concerns, reach out and we’ll try to help.
